A key to following your workout plan continuously is setting a realistic goal that you can count on yourself to pursue. Setting an unrealistic goal sets yourself up for failure and makes you feel unaccomplished. Setting smaller goals will leave you feeling good about yourself after each time you accomplish the small goal and you will continue to do your plan more and more efficiently. Your recipe for success with your workout plan is to set realistic goals, and keeping track of your progress so you can see your improvements. For example, one week you can only run a half mile without stopping, but you keep running that half mile everyday for 4-5 days and pretty soon you'll be able to run a mile without stopping. Also, working out with a friend can help to motivate you much, much more than if you were working alone. Here are so of the workouts featured in our lifts that you can use for knowledge of the lifts.
